Trend Spotting: Peter Pan Collar

      The new and at the same time very old trend- peter pan collar- is gaining a lot of popularity now. Fashion repeats itself. Those trends which were super hot in our grandma's times are becoming as hot nowadays. We can love or hate them but its a natural cycle we cant avoid.

      The peter pan collar is a small, flat, round-cornered collar without a stand, popular for women and children clothing in the early and mid-20's. They were widely presented in the fall/winter collections by Giambattista Vally, DKNY and Louis Vuitton.Peter pan collars look good on top of a sweater and can make an outfit look vintage or girly.

       The dress is a 1960's shift dress with a princess seam and lace peter pan collar and the top is a 1980's tucked blouse with an embellished peter pan collar. The fabric is pure cotton Daviva (plain purple for the dress and Ankara for the top). hope you like them.
